As the final chapter of my Healing Journey Series, Part 1 closes, I pause — not to say goodbye, but to honour every step, every breath, every remembering that brought us here.

Together, we have moved through shadows and light, family stories and inner reckonings, silent tears and loud awakenings.

This is not the end of my path — only the closing of one cycle, the sacred exhale before the next inhale of becoming.

What was once hidden has now been seen.
What was once broken has now been blessed.
What was once feared has now been named — with grace.

In the months ahead, I will begin sharing new reflections, new creations, new truths that rise not from wounds — but from the soil of healing we have tilled together.
