Trusting the Journey: Becoming Takes Time

As April winds down and the world outside begins to bloom, I’ve found myself drawn inward — not in retreat, but in reflection.

Earlier this month, I wrote about finding courage during my early days in Finland, when I was just beginning to understand the power of mindset and inner healing. Then, I shared an emotional milestone — receiving a heartfelt comment from @LouiseHayAudio on my YouTube channel, which felt like a message from Louise Hay herself.

And now, I’m here. In the quiet in-between.

This moment — this in-between space — is teaching me one of the most powerful lessons on the healing path:

Becoming takes time. —HR

🌸 The Sacred Pause

We live in a world that moves fast. It celebrates bold leaps, big transformations, and visible change. But the truth is — real growth often happens in stillness. In the gentle unfolding. In the pause between “I’m ready” and “It’s here.”

This week, I didn’t launch anything. I didn’t record a video. I didn’t post my planned content.

And yet — I healed.
I listened.
I wrote in silence.
I walked slowly through nature.
I reconnected with why I began Be Bold Harmony in the first place.

🌱 From Courage to Confirmation to Trust

In my last post, I mentioned how Louise Hay’s work helped me heal deep childhood wounds. That comment from @LouiseHayAudio felt like a divine nudge, saying: You’re on the right path. Now, I realize that the next step is not to rush forward — but to trust this slower season of becoming.

You don’t need to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.
— Martin Luther King Jr.

That first step was courage.
The second was confirmation.
And now… it’s trust.

🧘🏻‍♀️ How I’m Learning to Trust the Journey

Here are three gentle practices that have helped me this week:

  1. Listening to Affirmations While I Sleep
Louise Hay’s voice continues to reprogram my subconscious — every night.
  2. Walking in Nature Without a Destination
I let my feet guide me. No podcast. No pressure. Just presence.
  3. Letting Go of “Productivity”
I remind myself that rest is part of the work. Slowness is not failure.

💌 You Are Right on Time

If you’re in a slow season — healing, rebuilding, or simply breathing — let this be your reminder:

You are not behind.
You are becoming.
And you are right on time.
